Which happened first: Nadia moving the small basket to the cafeteria or Maya's aside? Answer 'first' if the former, 'second' if the latter.

To determine which event happened first, let's look at the timestamps provided in the text:

1. **Nadia moving the small basket to the cafeteria:** This occurred at **8:00**.
2. **Maya's aside:** Reviewing the text, there is no mention of "Maya's aside." Maya's actions include bringing the small basket to the kitchen (8:05), taking the small basket to the security office (8:16), carrying the small basket to the reception area (8:19), and several other actions involving the green basket and general activities (refilling coffee, checking email, etc.).

Since Nadia moving the small basket to the cafeteria is the very first event listed in the chronological sequence of the narrative (starting at 8:00), it happened before any of Maya's actions.
